Made-to-order questions

How long until my order arrives?

Production starts as soon as the style reaches its 300 pc goal. Manufacturing in Turkey takes around 4-6 weeks, plus delivery time to your address. We email you when the goal is reached and again when your order ships.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Add your pieces to the cart and enter your address at checkout to see the exact rate before you pay.

Can I mix sizes to reach the 50 pc minimum?

Yes - the 50 pc minimum per style can be spread across any combination of sizes.

When am I charged?

At checkout. Your order is a production commitment - payment confirms your place in the 300 pc production run.

What if the style does not reach 300 pcs?

If a style does not reach its goal, we contact you with the option to move your commitment to another open style or receive a full refund.

Can I add my own woven label and tag?

Yes - tick the 'Add my own woven label & tag' option above the add-to-cart button (+£2.50 per piece) and upload your artwork. We send a digital proof by email for approval before production starts. You can also email your artwork to us after ordering.
