1. How often do you get new stock?

2. Which shipping company do you use?
For UK orders, we typically ship via Interlink, DPD, or Royal Mail. For international orders, we use a range of trusted couriers depending on your location.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We ship primarily to the UK and Europe. For USA, Canada, and other worldwide destinations not listed at checkout, please email us for a shipping quote – we may still be able to ship your order if the quote is accepted.
4. How much is delivery?
We have a minimum order value of £300.
- Orders between £300–£500: flat rate of £19.99
- Orders over £500: flat rate of £29.99
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
5. Can I order individual items?
No – our items are sold in pre-packed bundles. Pack sizes and contents are clearly listed in the product descriptions.
6. Can I use your pictures on my website?
Yes, you're welcome to use our model photos on your product listings. Need more content? Just email us your request.
Please note: we are not responsible for any disputes arising from multiple sellers using the same images.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
