Membership & pricing
How does the free month work?
Join today and pay £0 now — your first month of full membership is free on every tier. Your first payment is taken at the start of month two, and you can cancel any time during the free month and pay nothing at all. Full catalogue access from day one, once verified.
Do you mark up the products?
No. You buy at the exact trade price we’re invoiced — supplier trade price plus one transparent sourcing fee, no hidden product markup. Our income is the membership fee and the sourcing fee.
What does the 15% sourcing fee cover?
Sourcing, supplier management, order coordination and the platform. Delivery and duty are separate, fully visible lines at checkout. The fee falls automatically to as low as 10% with your monthly volume.
What does delivery cost?
Flat £45 per consolidated box, up to 25kg, door to door — not per product, not per supplier. 10 items in the box ≈ £4.50/item; 30 items ≈ £1.50; 50 items ≈ £0.90. The fuller the box, the cheaper each item lands.
Will I pay duty or VAT?
Duty: only on China-made goods (12%); EU-made is 0% — auto-calculated at checkout. VAT: prices quoted exclude recoverable UK VAT; every order receives a UK VAT invoice, and VAT-registered businesses may normally reclaim it as input tax (e.g. £1,000 + £200 VAT = £1,200 payable, £200 reclaimable).
How does billing work?
Month one is free; billing starts automatically in month two at your tier’s rate and renews monthly. Cancel any time — including during the free month, in which case nothing is ever charged. Sourcing fees, delivery and duty apply only when you order stock.
What happens after checkout?
We verify you’re a genuine retailer within one working day, then switch on catalogue access — your free month starts with full access. Can’t verify you? Nothing to refund, nothing charged.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — any time from your account; the change applies from your next billing date.
Is catalogue access exclusive to my area?
We aim to avoid accepting too many boutiques from the same immediate area, so designs don’t oversaturate one location and your selection stays distinctive. Access isn’t automatically exclusive per postcode or region unless agreed separately in writing.
Ordering & returns
What’s the minimum order per design?
Most products come in wholesale packs of roughly 10 pieces, so the minimum is usually one complete pack per design. Some suppliers offer smaller packs (particularly dresses and tops). Because delivery is a flat £45 per consolidated box, ordering several styles together cuts the shipping cost per item.
Can wholesale size packs be split?
No — packs come in fixed size ratios set by the supplier (e.g. 2×S, 3×M, 3×L, 2×XL) and can’t be changed. Some suppliers offer ~6-piece packs for selected dresses, tops or one-size items. With the fixed delivery charge, combining several styles in one order is usually the economical route.
Can products from different suppliers share one box?
Yes. Order from multiple suppliers as normal and we consolidate into one shipment wherever operationally possible — we handle supplier coordination, collection and delivery behind the scenes, so you access several suppliers without arranging separate international shipments.
How long does delivery take?
Usually around 5–7 working days. Times can vary with supplier preparation, product availability, the number of suppliers in the shipment, and customs or courier delays — we keep you informed of any significant delay.
What if a product is defective?
The supplier is normally responsible: depending on their policy they may arrange a return at their expense, issue a credit note, offer a replacement or another suitable resolution. Report promptly with clear photos or video — claims are reviewed under the individual supplier’s terms.
What if I receive the wrong item or size?
The supplier normally resolves it — a return, replacement, credit note or discount against a future order, depending on the circumstances, as is standard in wholesale. Report any incorrect items or sizes as soon as possible after delivery.
Can I return products that haven’t sold?
No — unsold stock isn’t defective and isn’t eligible for return or refund. Choosing products, quantities and size packs for your boutique remains your responsibility, so review photos, size ratios, pack quantities, measurements, colours and descriptions carefully before ordering.
What if I change my mind?
Wholesale purchases are B2B and aren’t covered by consumer change-of-mind rights. If a supplier agrees to accept a non-defective return, you’d normally cover return shipping, correct packaging and any restocking charge, with products unworn and in original condition — and no return may be sent without prior approval.
When does responsibility for the goods pass to me?
Once the order is delivered and accepted. After that, loss, damage or change-of-mind is the boutique’s responsibility — except where products were already defective, damaged or incorrect when supplied. Report delivery damage, missing products or supplier errors immediately.
Can I use the product photography?
Active members may request permission to use available product photography to promote items purchased through the Club — on your website, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or email marketing. Usage is subject to image-usage terms, and images must not be sold, transferred or supplied to unrelated third parties.
Are supplier prices guaranteed?
Prices can change, though they’re not normally volatile — the price displayed when you order is usually what you pay. If a supplier changes a price before confirming your order, we notify you first and you choose: accept the revised price, remove the product, or cancel that part of the order. We never proceed with a higher price without telling you.
Will I receive a UK VAT invoice?
Yes, on every order. VAT-registered businesses may normally reclaim the VAT as input tax under the usual HMRC rules; non-registered businesses can’t, and it forms part of stock cost. Example: £1,000 order + £200 VAT = £1,200 payable — the £200 is reclaimable if you’re registered.
