You pay exactly the same price the wholesaler charges — the genuine trade price, not a penny added to the product. What the supplier invoices is what you see.

One sourcing fee: 15%

We add a single 15% sourcing fee on the total order value. That's what covers door-to-door DDP delivery, customs clearance, duty & import VAT handling, supplier management and the platform — no hidden charges anywhere.

Your fee drops automatically with your monthly purchase volume — as low as 10%. The more you order in a month, the bigger the saving on every order that month.

WORKED EXAMPLE > You order stock at £1,000 trade price → sourcing fee at 15% = £150 → total £1,150 delivered to your door, customs and VAT paperwork done. In a higher-volume month at the 10% band, the same order costs £1,100 all-in — a £50 saving on this order alone. Compare that with a UK middleman markup of 30–50% on the same garment, plus their delivery charge.

Before you commit

Do you mark up the products?

No. You buy at the exact trade price the wholesaler charges — the same price we're invoiced. Our income is the membership fee and the sourcing fee, nothing hidden in the product price. That's deliberate: it means you can trust every price in the catalogue is the real trade price.

What exactly does the 15% sourcing fee cover?

Everything between the supplier's door and yours: door-to-door DDP shipping, export and import customs clearance, duty and import VAT handling, supplier coordination and quality follow-up, and the platform itself. One fee, no surprises — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

How do I get the fee below 15%?

Automatically, by volume. Your sourcing fee is set by your total purchases in the month and can fall as low as 10%. Your current band and what it takes to reach the next one are shown in your account — no negotiating needed, though Diamond members' account managers will always make sure they're on the best possible band.

How does billing work?

Membership is billed monthly from the day you join and you can cancel any time — no minimum term. Your catalogue access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. The sourcing fee is separate and only applies when you actually order.

What happens right after checkout?

Every membership is verified — we confirm you're a genuine retailer (business details or shop link) within one working day, then your catalogue access is switched on. This vetting is what keeps the catalogue protected for suppliers and exclusive for members. If we can't verify you, you're refunded in full.

Do product prices differ between tiers?

No — every tier buys at the same true trade prices, and the volume-based fee reduction applies to everyone. Gold's value is time saved through the AI-matched feed; Diamond adds a human specialist who sources, negotiates and keeps you on the best fee band.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account; the change applies from your next billing date.
