The Private Sourcing Club is a monthly service where we act as your external sourcing partner.
Instead of searching for suppliers yourself, you tell us what you need, and we source product options for your boutique through our supplier network across Europe and worldwide
What kind of products can you source?
We can assist with a wide range of boutique fashion categories, including:
- Men’s jeans
- Kidswear
- Women’s denim
- Jackets
- Leather-look trousers
- Matching sets and add-on items
- Seasonal fashion products
If you have a specific request, you can submit it and we will look for the closest available options.
Do you only source denim?
No. While denim is one of our core strengths, the service is designed to help boutiques expand into multiple categories depending on their needs.
How does the process work?
You join the sourcing club
1. You submit a request (product, price range, quantity)
2.We source options through our network
3.You receive images, pricing, MOQ, and lead times
4.You choose what fits your store
How fast will I receive sourcing options?
Most sourcing requests are processed within 24–72 hours, depending on complexity and availability.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ but we do have a minimum spend of £200 which will normally be about 2- 3 packet.
Can I request multiple products?
Yes. Depending on your membership level, you can submit multiple sourcing requests each month.
Is this service suitable for small boutiques?
Yes — especially if you:
- don’t have time to source
- want to expand product range
- need help finding reliable suppliers
Can I use my own branding on the products?
For certain products, private labelling may be possible.
This depends on the supplier and order quantity.
Do you help with pricing and margins?
Yes. We provide guidance on:

Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
This is designed as an ongoing monthly service, allowing you to continuously source new products and stay competitive.
