How sourcing requests work
How does a sourcing request work end to end?
You submit your product, category, reference image or brief. We check our existing supplier products first, then contact relevant suppliers where necessary. You receive a curated shortlist with prices, pack quantities, sizes and availability, choose what you want, and we confirm and coordinate the order.
What should I include in my request?
The more detail the better: product/category, a reference image if you have one, your target wholesale price range, quantity, sizes, colours, required delivery date, and whether you want own label. A reference image is especially useful — it's the fastest way for us to find a close match.
How long does it take to get a shortlist back?
This varies by category and supplier availability, but we aim to come back with suitable options as quickly as possible once relevant suppliers have been checked or contacted.
Am I obligated to buy once I submit a request?
No. Submitting a sourcing request carries no obligation to buy. You review the shortlist and only proceed if something suits you.
What if no supplier match is found?
If nothing in our network suits your brief, we'll let you know — there's no charge and no obligation either way.
Can I request my own label?
Yes — let us know in your request if you want own-label options, and we'll flag this to relevant suppliers when sourcing.
The free first request
Is my first sourcing request really free?
Yes. You can submit your first request with no membership and no charge. If you decide to go ahead with an order afterwards, that's when a quote and invoice come into play.
Do I need to sign up for anything to submit a request?
No — just fill in the request form with your details and what you're looking for. There's no account or membership required to try it.
Membership & fees
Do you mark up the products?
No. You pay the true trade price the supplier is paid, plus one transparent sourcing fee — no hidden product markup.
What does the sourcing fee cover?
Sourcing, supplier management, order coordination and the platform. It's set by your membership tier — 15% on Silver, 10% on Gold, 7% on Diamond.
When am I charged?
The monthly membership fee is only charged once you subscribe to a tier — it's separate from and not triggered by submitting a sourcing request. For an order itself, no payment is taken until you agree the design and style; we then send an invoice.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — any time from your account; the change applies from your next billing date.
How does delivery work?
Shipping is a flat £45 per consolidated box, up to 25kg, door to door, 5–7 working days — with duty calculated separately at 12% of goods plus shipping. What happens to the categories I vote for?
They go to our EU buying team and help prioritise which supplier categories we build out next — the most-voted category is sourced first.
Will my shop look like everyone else's?
Requests are matched individually to your brief, and our supplier network spans thousands of EU workshops, so sourcing isn't limited to a single shared catalogue.
