1. How often do you get new stock?

2. Which shipping company do you use?

For UK orders, we typically ship via Interlink, DPD, or Royal Mail. For international orders, we use a range of trusted couriers depending on your location.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the UK, Europe and the USA – rates for these are shown automatically at checkout. For Canada, Australia and other worldwide destinations not listed at checkout, please email us for a shipping quote – we may still be able to ship your order if the quote is accepted.

4. How much is delivery?

There is no minimum order value – small orders are welcome at our Low MOQ rate.

• Orders up to £300: flat rate of £49.00 (Low MOQ)
• Orders £300–£500: flat rate of £29.00
• Orders over £500: flat rate of £39.90

Europe

• Orders up to £300: flat rate of £19.00
• Orders £301–£700: flat rate of £14.99
• Orders over £700: flat rate of £29.00

USA

• Orders up to £500: flat rate of £70.00
• Orders over £500: flat rate of £120.00

5. Can I order individual items?

No – our items are sold in pre-packed bundles. Pack sizes and contents are clearly listed in the product descriptions.

6. Can I use your pictures on my website?

Yes, you're welcome to use our model photos on your product listings. Need more content? Just email us your request.

Please note: we are not responsible for any disputes arising from multiple sellers using the same images.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

8. What currencies do you accept?

We accept all currencies worldwide. The checkout will automatically convert to your local currency.

9. Can I collect my order?

No – collection is not available. All orders must be shipped.

10. How do I use a discount code?

11. Do I have to pay VAT?

• UK customers: VAT is automatically added.
• EU customers: Must provide a valid VAT number to qualify for VAT exemption.
• Non-EU/Non-UK customers: No VAT number is needed, but import duties may apply in your country.
