Clear-Out Stock Seller Terms

1. Submitting stock does not guarantee approval or publication. JeansGemsWholesale may reject any submission.

2. The seller confirms that they or their company legally own the stock, that the information, quantity and condition provided are accurate, and that the products are genuine and legally permitted for resale.

3. Commission and payment terms are agreed in writing before a listing is published.

4. On sale, the seller dispatches the complete lot to the buyer only after receiving dispatch instructions from JeansGemsWholesale, within the dispatch time stated on the listing, and provides tracking.

5. Seller payment equals the job-lot sale price minus the agreed JeansGemsWholesale commission, and is made after buyer payment has cleared, the goods have been dispatched with tracking, delivery is confirmed, and no valid immediate dispute has been raised.

6. If the delivered goods materially differ from the submission, JeansGemsWholesale may withhold payment while a claim is resolved.
