How does pricing work?
The estimator shows a live per-piece price: the base garment plus each customisation surcharge you select, with automatic volume discounts at 500 and 1,000 pcs. The estimate is recorded on your order line by line. We confirm the final quote on your pro-forma invoice before production starts — a 50% deposit starts production, the balance is due on completion.
Why is the minimum 300 pieces?
300 pcs is the minimum efficient production run for a fully customised style — it covers pattern making, fabric commitment, wash development and finishing setup. You can spread the 300 pcs across a full size run.
How do sizes work on a 300 pc run?
Step 11 captures your base fit — from a reference pair, real body measurements, or a standard size with build adjustments. We grade the full size run from that base fit and confirm the size breakdown with you before cutting. You can also note your preferred size-run split directly in the configurator.
Can I see a sample before committing?
Yes — order a development sample (£95) made to your saved spec. Approve the fit, wash and finishing before releasing the full run. The sample fee is credited against your production invoice.
How is my design sent to the factory?
Every choice you make is captured on the order as a full manufacturing spec — both the design names you see and the technical production terms the factory needs. Our production team forwards a complete tech pack to the manufacturer and sends you a digital proof for approval before anything is cut.
How long does production take?
Typically 6–8 weeks from spec approval, depending on finishing complexity (heavy distressing, crystals and embroidery add time), plus shipping to your address.
